David Zerba is a self-taught American artist creating photorealistic digital landscapes and scenes.
His work sits in the space between exposure and concealment.
Working in 3D, he builds each scene from the ground up, modeling the environment, layering in texture and detail, and lighting it the way a photographer would light a set. He borrows the instincts of photography and film to produce images that feel captured rather than created.
